You have to sorta hand it to Miley Cyrus for one thing: despite how crazy she acts or how hard she insists she is, she still hasn't been arrested or actually broken the law. He went before a judge in Miami on Thursday morning to answer to his charges and looked more than a little confused and ashamed (though not quite enough for my personal liking).
