It looks like the divorce between Usher and Tameka Foster is going to go down in history as your typical, hideous blood bath.
According to the National Enquirer, Usher has requested a DNA test for the younger son that he had allegedly fathered with Foster. According to one of those pesky "unnamed source" people, Usher believed that Tameka was cheating during the time that the child was conceived. Also, he travelled quite a bit for work, leaving little time for procreation.
Sigh....

Over the weekend, Transformers pulled in $112M with The Proposal and The Hangover rounding out the top three movies earning $18M and $17M, respectively.

Let's celebrate some happy news! This weekend, Eddie Van Halen put on his best flip-flops and married his girlfriend of three years, Janie Liszewski.
The couple served non-alcoholic drinks as a nod to Eddie's 18 months of sobriety and also had offerings such as mini-corn dogs and wax lips on the menu. Wax Lips on the Menu -- if that isn't a song title, I don't know what is.

The L.A. County Coroner's office has performed an autopsy on the body of Michael Jackson. The results came back as inconclusive. Foul play was ruled out and further toxicology testing is needed. Those results will take four to six weeks.

Apparently that blogger isn't the first person to tell Fergie her music blows. Back in 2006 when Fergie was releasing her first solo effort, Fergie's father Patrick told her it was "The worst song that he'd ever heard in his life." Her reply? "(I said) 'Dad, I respect that, but I hope you're wrong, because it's my first single.'"
