Way back in 2004 Gwen Stefani put out a clothing line she named Harajuku Lovers collection. Named so for the area of Tokyo that is filled with color and fashion makers and a hub of new culture. And while some might not think it's Gwens place to use a Japanese name for her clothing, most agreed it was more of an homage.

Now we come to the 2023's and the world has ceased to make sense. And in a recent Allure Mag article Gwen dropped this bomb: “I said, ‘My God, I’m Japanese and I didn’t know it,'” she told the interviewer, who is actually Asian.

“I am, you know,” she doubled down.

Gwen further claimed she is “a little bit of an Orange County girl, a little bit of a Japanese girl, a little bit of an English girl.”

Reps now say the singer was just misunderstood, but I'm thinking its more a case of someone who gets so far removed from society that they no longer feel societal rules apply to them.

Shame, Gwen.

If you've paid any attention to the weather on the west coast, you know they are getting hammered by rain. This is very unusual. And just as when Texans get snow, Californians are not equipt to handle rains of this magnitude.

Ellen DeGenerous became a roving reporter of sorts when she began filming the scene from her property in Montecito, California.

In a clip posted on Twitter, the former talk show host, 64, can be seen standing on a bank, showing off the raging water behind her. DeGeneres said the creek is located right by her house and "never flows," but the heavy rains from a recent storm have changed that.

"It's probably about 9ft up, and it could go another 2ft up," she said in the video, moving the camera to display just how powerful the water was. "We have horses ready to evacuate."

Confused? Don Cheadle, the actor who plays James “Rhodey” Rhodes/War Machine since 2010’s “Iron Man 2,” was given a serious offer with just minutes to decide.

According to Cheadle he was ... “I was at my kid’s laser tag birthday party,” Cheadle said. “They (Marvel) called me and said, ‘This is what’s happening and we’re giving you the offer. If you don’t say yes then we’re going to the next person. This is going to happen very fast. Why don’t you take an hour and decide if you want to do it.’ It was a six-movie deal! In an hour I have to decide?”

Cheadle asked what the other five movies would be and Marvel said, “It’s going to be these Avengers and this is what it is, so you have to say yes or no.” Cheadle asked what the trajectory of his character would be, to which Marvel responded, “We don’t know any of that but this is what it is so you’ve got an hour.”

Cheadle finally got a word in to explain he was at his sons birthday party so Marvel extended his think time to 2 hours.

But really the rest is history because we know he's embodied the roll of Rhodey for 12 years now!

An amazing turn of events for the Bills safety who was brought back to life three times after collapsing in Monday nights game... He's speaking!

Damar Hamlin’s breathing tube was removed last night and he was able to talk to his family and care team.

Quarterback Josh Allen spoke for the first time since Hamlin's emergency and assured reporters that the team was prepared to face the New England Patriots. He and head coach Sean McDermott agreed that this was partly because of the positive updates they received, along with encouragement from Hamlin’s father.

“We just want to love up on him the next chance we get,” Allen said. “I don’t know when it’s going to be, but if we get to see him again anytime soon, it’s going to be awesome."

This morning, the team says that the 24-year-old was able to speak with his team on FaceTime, saying “love you boys.”

He reportedly also flexed with both arms, made a heart symbol, and gave a thumbs up. I am legit crying.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City just got a little realer for one cast member. Jen Shah was just sentenced to 6.5 years, or 78 months, in prison for wire fraud.

“Jen Shah’s role on the ‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,’ which I guess is why the courtroom is so full today, is just that, a role,” Judge Stein decried.

“People should not confuse the character she plays on an entertainment show to the person before me.”

Judge Stein also noted several times that Shah was a “leader” of her conspiracy, which was likely a factor that was considered when deciding the length of her sentence.

I just will never understand why you choose to go on a tv show, in the spot light, when you know you're up to shady dealings.

I stay away from Royal nonsense usually because it's all so mashed up you can't tell who's telling the truth, but Harry's the one with the book, so he's who we're hearing from now.

Harry's resemblance to the Army officer led to claims he was a product of the affair.

And while they're not always THIS interesting, they're always worth a watch.

The Bills have been holding out hope for their Safety ever since Damar Hamlin had a heart attack on the field of Monday Night Football.

The Buffalo Bills announced this morning that safety Damar Hamlin is awake. Over the past day, Hamlin has shown that he "appears to be neurologically intact," which means he is responsive, making purposeful movements (i.e. planned movements that he is directing with his brain), and following commands. While the Bills didn't reveal more than that, one of Hamlin's teammates, cornerback Kaiir Elam, tweeted that Hamlin is awake.

ESPN reporter Adam Schefter said "Damar Hamlin’s father, Mario Hamlin, addressed the entire Bills team on a zoom call Wednesday to personally update everyone in attendance on his son, per source. Mario Hamlin informed the Bills that Damar was making progress and, in the words of one source, “the team needed it.”"

One of my favorite movies that I would catch every now and again on tv was the 1968 adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. The music and theatrics are amazing.

But now the stars of that film are suing Paramount for $500 million for being forced to be nude and engage in sex scenes at the age of 15 and 16.

Olivia Hussey, 71, and Leonard Whiting, 72, filed a lawsuit Friday in Santa Monica Superior Court in California accusing Paramount Pictures of sexual harassment, fraud, sexual abuse, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Hussey and Whiting, both British, say Zeffirelli originally told them there would not be any nudity in the film.

However, on the last day of filming, they claim he said the film 'would fail' unless they performed a scene nude while wearing body makeup. 

'What they were told and what went on were two different things,' said Tony Marinozzi, a business manager for the actors, in a statement. 

'They trusted Franco. At 16, as actors, they took his lead that he would not violate that trust they had,' the manager said. 

'Franco was their friend, and frankly, at 16, what do they do?' Marinozzi added in a statement to the outlet. 'There are no options. There was no #MeToo.'

This should be interesting.

The longtime TV man is selling his Phillip Stark designed condo for chump change at $1,850,000. The condo itself is mostly white tile everywhere, (a Miami staple) but Sam has every wall covered in art.
