This is a BIG DEAL. Ever since the loss of the great Virgil Abloh the fashion giant Louis Vuitton has been looking for a suitable replacement. They've found it.
Pharrell Williams, the singer who brought us "Happy," has been appointed the new creative director of mens wear.
"I am glad to welcome Pharrell back home, after our collaborations in 2004 and 2008 for Louis Vuitton, as our new Men's Creative Director," said Pietro Beccari, Louis Vuitton's chairman and CEO in a statement. "His creative vision beyond fashion will undoubtedly lead Louis Vuitton towards a new and very exciting chapter."
Much like Abloh, Williams' creativity is cross-disciplinary: At the beginning of 2022, he announced he was involved in an ambitious new hotel project, slated to open next year in the Bahamas, and during the pandemic, he released a portable cutlery set to limit single-use plastic consumption when outdoor dining.
How Williams will apply his skillset to his new role at Louis Vuitton remains to be seen but a flurry of industry reactions to the news across social media suggests he'll have a packed house at his first show this summer.

Bam Margera, the one-time member of Jack Ass, has apparently developed a friendship with Navarone Garibaldi Garcia. The son of Priscilla Presley.
A few weeks ago Bam claimed that Priscilla gifted him a robe and ring that belonged to Elvis. Priscilla says that's cap.
"When I was asked by my son to have a 'new friend' come over for a visit, I had no idea who he was or that later he would choose to post photos and false stories," said the 77-year-old actress in a statement on Tuesday.
"He came over, talked non-stop about his new ventures and personal struggles and asked for a photo with me for his father, who is a big fan," she continued.
She also refuted his previous claims to TMZ that he was gifted items that once belonged to her ex-husband.
"At no time during the visit did I give him anything of Elvis'. I still have everything he ever touched," continued Priscilla. "I would never disrespect Elvis who was the love of my life by giving away anything that belonged to him. I have always protected them for the fans."
Bam says he's embarrased about the whole mess but seems to continue to say he got the robe and ring.
"I'm very sorry and embarrassed, and I can't apologize enough for acting like a jackass," he wrote in an instagram post.
"Navarone gave me a robe and ring that I gave Phil to be a part of Phil's Elvis stuff. I'm making Navarone a $10,000 Heartagram necklace because I love his band @themguns with hopes to record and tour. I'm sorry. ?," he added alongside a carousel of images that includes a picture with his dad and a snap of the necklace.

Kate Hudson has been a top actress since she stepped into our hearts in 2000 when she starred in the masterpiece "Almost Famous". But she says there's one role that still hurts to have missed out on.
Hudson talked to The World's First Podcast with Erin and Sara Foster this week and said she lost the lead in Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge! to Nicole Kidman.
"One of my favorite auditions I ever did was with Baz Luhrmann," Kate said.
"We had a piano player and he had a camera – it was like playing make believe."
But she didn't get the part because Luhrmann went 'way older' by casting Kidman, who is 12 years Hudson's senior.
'I really wanted that part and it was written at the time for a 19-year-old girl, I believe,' she said.
'Then what happened was I was sort of in the auditioning process and then Nicole had a relationship with Baz and wanted to do it,' she continued.
'And so of course, it was like, "I guess Nicole Kidman's doing it." I just felt very connected to the way [Luhrmann] does things, so I was bummed out.'
Hudson added: 'Of course, totally got it, because it's Nicole. It couldn't be more different… I really wanted that part.'

I'll start by saying I would not normally be ok with reporting people coming out of counseling sessions, but I really do feel like these two may have played a hand in paps being there. That said, lets get into it.
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were seen last night leaving a building that has a known celeb marriage counselor in it. And while they two are not yet married, they are engaged and more importantly, they are very much in need of counseling.
Not only did they come from a counselor's office, but they left separately and did not speak to one another outside of said office.
I will say that at least they appear to be working on matters, rather than just throwing in the cards when things get hard.

As if the world didn't see cold and scary enough as it was. Now a new level of depravity enters the picture. One where even hot dogs on wheels aren't safe from thieves.
Word is the 27-foot-long hot dog was parked outside a Vegas hotel when fun hating thieves slithered from... I'm guessing the sewers... and made off with the catalytic converter from the undercarriage of the famous car.
Police have no suspects and likely never will. A local Penske trucking company helped give the dog a temporary fix so it could get back on the road and back to doing gods work, spreading the joy of hot dogs.

According to Dirt.com, The home was originally renovated back in the mid 2000's by celebrity reality star Jeff Lewis. Jeff sold the home to singer Beck and wife Marissa Ribisi. When the couple divorced in 2021 Ribisi got the house and now sold it to Rob and Suki.

The actress removed her engagement ring, removed all photos of the pair from her instagram and unfollowed her one time fiance. To me that says we're over.
