His waterfront Villa is just dripping with character, be it by design or by the singers added touches.  He bought the home back in 2014 for $3.3 million, but just 3 years later he's asking just under $8 million. $7,950,000, to be exact. The main room is lined with windows showing off panoramic Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.  The foyer is framed by the mother of all French chandeliers — one of many from New Orleans distributed throughout the house — hanging from a gold-leaf painted vaulted ceiling. Superb master suite, theatre, & very cool Whiskey bar. As much as I love this place, (and believe I do), I can't see him getting that much. $5 million. Tops.
