Though they've yet to publicly confirm their engagement, Barbara was pictured sporting a sizable diamond ring on her left ring finger earlier this month.
She sported a gold band with a large diamond while hanging with Dylan and mutual friends during the Mammoth Film Festival on Thursday, March 2.
A source told ET that the Hungarian supermodel, 29, has 'been showing off her ring to people' since the former child star, 30, popped the question and 'are so happy.'
They continued: 'They're always very in love with one another and by each other's sides, but they're even happier than usual. They can't wait to start this new chapter together.'

Actor Alexander Skarsgard has confirmed the good news! He and girlfriend Tuva Novotny have welcomed their first child.
In November people were speculating the pair had a child back in November, when they were seen out and about with a baby. But no one knew for sure.
Skarsgard was at the Succession priemer Monday night when a reporter for Entertainment Tonight congratulated the star on the new addition to his family, prompting his response of, 'Thank you very much.'
He then showed a cute stuffed animal he had been given at the premiere, explaining, 'I got this on the red carpet,' and sweetly added, 'Thank you, thank you.'
No word on what the sex or name of the child is, but congrats!

Jimmy Fallow decided to leave New York City for St Paddy's day and head to Iron Smoke Distillery in Fairport, NY.
He also decided to surprise bar goers by getting up on stage with the band and singing a few songs.
The band, 1916, seemed happy to have the Tonight Show host play with them performing The Doors' "Gloria," The Georgia Satellites' "Keep Your Hands to Yourself," U2's "Desire" and others.
After hitting the stage, we're told Jimmy hung around a bit and took photos with patrons ... capping off a great time had by all. Seems he wanted his holiday to be a little more low-key and homegrown.

Cameron is now on set with Jamie Foxx making a new film, but it didn't happen as easily as you may think.
Jamie says he lured Cameron out of retirement with a special guest.
The two were on a zoom call when Cameron said she was so nervous about announcing a comeback so Jamie brought in a ringer. Tom Brady.
'I was talking to Jamie and he said you needed a few tips on how to un-retire. I'm relatively successful at un-retiring,' he stated.

Back in the 90's when Sherri was first breaking into the entertainment business, she had something like $10,000 in unpaid moving violation tickets. Do you know how many tickets you have to get to hit $10k???
I digress. So she wasn't paying them and she was arrested. And actually served a little time.
“Yeah, I went to jail for not paying my tickets. At the time I did not think being in jail was a good moment, but looking back I learned to pay all my bills,” she told Page Six.
“Jail, that was a classroom… it was a life lesson, and now I pay my bills on time.”
“One of the girls in jail said, ‘Leave Sherri alone because she’s gonna be somebody and we are going to be here for the rest of our lives,’ literally that’s what she used to say,” the star told us of her time behind bars.
“Her name was Shelby and she came to both my weddings when I got out. But sometimes people see things in you that you don’t see yourself, and when she said those words, ‘Sherri is gonna be somebody,’ I never thought that for myself. So I just knew that something was going to happen.”

Nancy was poised to make her next romcom for Netflix but the streamer says she was demanding outrageous amounts of money to create it.
Netflix says the budget alotted to Nancy was $130 million. That should be more than enough to create a non CGI film that relies on dialect and not big budget action.
But Nancy was demanding $150m AT LEAST. That number could have gone higher. So Netflix pulled the plug and now she gets nothing!
The project was announced last year and the plot would have chronicled a young writer-director who falls head over heels for a movie producer.
