This case has never made sense to me. If Alec didn't load a prop gun with real bullets, then how could he be responsible.
Further more, if I were him, I would be looking to sue whoever was responsible. Can you imagine the mind fuck that accidentally killing someone does to you??

Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson have been great friends for decades. They share many things in common, including a sorted family history, a love of weed and a southern upbringing. But is that all?
According to Harrelson on the Colbert Show this week, the 61-year-old actor revealed he wants to know for certain if their brotherly bond is blood.
Harrelson admitted the story is “crazy” as he shared how it all unfolded.
“Well, I’ll just say there is some veracity to that thought because we talked to Ma’ Mac, Matthew’s legitimate mother, and she let us know one time … I mean, this is crazy,” Harrelson told Colbert.
The “White House Plumbers” actor recalled being in Greece watching a World Cup match when the topic of “regrets” arose.
Harrelson said he mentioned that he found it odd that his father, who died in 2007, has “no regrets.”
He said McConaughey’s mom shocked him with her reply.
“And I have known Ma’ Mac a long time, and she goes, ‘I knew … your father,'” he shared. “And it was the ellipses I found a little troubling, or interesting. “I knew your father.”’

Actor and comedian Ray Ramano was on the WTF Podcast with Marc Maron this week when he revealed he'd undergone serious heart surgery to clear a 90% blockage.
“I got kinda lucky that we found it before having a [widow-maker] heart attack,” Ray told Marc.
Romano, 65, shared that he battled high cholesterol for 20 years but never went on medication despite his doctor’s recommendation.
“Every time, I said, ‘Let me do it myself.’ And I would go home, and I would eat right — not vegan, but a little healthier — and get it down a couple ticks,” he said.
Like a lot of us, this would last for a while and then he would slowly go back to his old diet.
“I’d go home and think I was hot s–t. I’d get it down already, and I’d start cheating, cheating, and that was the cycle,” he said.
“Now, I’m on the meds,” he shared, adding that if he “could go back 20 years,” he would have taken the pills and prevented the blockage from ever happening.

Back on January 13th, actor Julian Sands set out for a hike in the San Bernardino County-area Mount Baldy. When he didn't return home, his wife alerted authorities.
Searches for the actor's whereabouts remain ongoing, and have been impacted by significant amounts of inclement weather across the region in recent weeks.
His son Henry spoke to UK outlet, The Times. Henry says "I am hugely appreciative for all the efforts made so far from the volunteer search and rescue climbers and the San Bernardino county sheriff team to bring my father home."
"There is nothing really further to say at this point other than to reinforce my deepest gratitude for the love and support my family and I have received," he also said.
Henry added that he "look(s) forward to the search resuming as soon as the weather improves and the ground conditions are safe and feasible to do so."

Jeff Tweedy, the lead singer, stopped the concert as I kneeled and she said ‘Yes!’ Jeff said “She said ‘yes’ everybody!” to the audience. Then played one of Maria’s favorite songs “I'm the Man Who Loves You.” Thank you Wilco and Jeff and everyone involved in making this incredible moment actually happen. I'm forever grateful. I love you Maria.
Libri, a former journalist, said she started falling for the comedian she interviewed him more than a year and a half ago.
“It’s funny how life works sometimes and gives you gifts when you’re not looking for them,” she told People. “When we met, we were immediately comfortable with one another. Call it weird, mystical or magical; it’s like we’d known each other in a past life.”
She added, “After spending that first day together (though I didn’t know how), I just somehow knew that my life would never be the same after meeting Chris.”

Yesterday we were on high alert because one time Nickelodeon star Drake Bell was missing and police were looking for him. TMZ now says a suicide threat was the concern.
According to the outlet, Drake had a falling out with his estranged wife and told his family he was going to get drunk and hang himself ... at least according to the 911 call in which he was reported missing.
He has since been found and is cooperating with police. No word on whether he plans to seek the much needed help he deserves.
