According to a source who spoke to TMZ "since Britney's split with Sam Asghari 3 weeks ago, Britney has been saying she wants to repair the relationship with her dad. She knows Jamie has been ill -- in and out of the hospital for months, and doesn't want the regret of waiting too long."
We know the only family member she's currently in touch with is her brother Bryan, who has spent time recently at her home.
Bryan has been filling her in on her dad and a recent surgery he needed on his knees. Maybe he's getting Brit a little teary for the old man.

The ridiculously angry rock star, Kid Rock, was so offended upon seeing the promotional campaign with Bud Light and Dylan Mulvany that he took an AR rifle and shot a case of it up to pieces for his twitter followers.
He then said Bud Light would no long be served at the bars he owns. Of course a good week later someone reported the bar was still selling the beer.

It was just 13 months ago that Britney Spears and Sam Asghari said their nuptials after 5 years of dating. Now that seems to be in peril.
News broke late last night that the pair are separating with Sam being the one to officially file the papers with "irreconcilable differences" as the cause.
That basically means they agree to disagree. Although TMZ and Daily Mail are reporting he was spurred on by cheating allegations against the pop princess. That's the kind of thing that void prenups. yikes.
Britney has yet to comment on the divorce news but she did break her silence by sharing a bizarre Instagram post about vowing to buy a horse 'soon.'
TMZ says documents show that "[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party."
And there's more ... "There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time."
I really hope they don't do this messy. My girl can't handle another full blown scandal.

The singer was talking to the "Life's a Beach" podcast and said that a long time ago when she was "about 12" she and her family went on vacation. She met a Brazilian man and decided to met up with him later than night.
After sneaking out of her family's hotel she slept with the stranger but forgot to return to her suite.
Upon finding her missing her father, actor Keith Allen, called police.
“I woke up and there was police all over the hotel,” she continued. “They were literally combing the beach and had T-shirts [asking], ‘Is this what she was wearing?’
"I didn’t have the heart to say, ‘No, I was just losing my virginity'.”

This is just so curious to me. So as some of you know, model Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift were the best of friends for years. That is till 2019 when they had an unknown falling out and haven't spoken since.
Many believe, myself included, it had something to do with Kloss' close relationship with Scooter Braun who infamously bought and sold all of Taylors music out from under here.
So after 4 years of not speaking... what makes Karlie show up to Taylors last concert. And the way she sat in regular bleacher seating instead of requesting VIP seats. People will buy anything. Two weeks ago Cardi B was doing a set at Drais Beachclub in Las Vegas when a "fan" threw their drink at her while on stage. This prompted the no nonsense rapper to retaliate and throw her microphone back at the person.
As many know, she actually hit a different fan, but the point was made. So how did it end up at auction?
The mic was initially put on sale by Scott Fisher, the owner of The Wave Inc, a Las Vegas-based audio production company that provided sound equipment for the show.
After Cardi threw the mic, Fisher went in and retrieved it from the crowd. He said the proceeds from the sale would go to Friendship Circle Las Vegas and the Wounded Warrior Project.
So what did it sell for? The still working mic was listed on ebay along with a certification letter and display case. It sold for a whopping $99,900 (with $20 shipping) after 122 bids.
That's a bunch of money for a mic used once by Cardi. At least proceeds go to a good cause.

Wayne Brady is best know as the always smiling, always upbeat host of many shows, most recently of 'Lets Make a Deal'. But the death of Robin Williams in 2014 caused him to look inward. And everything changed.
“There’s a lot of therapy that I’m doing right now. I wish I didn’t care what people think of me, but the fact of the matter is, I do care,” he admitted.
“Once I opened that door to myself though, I had to start learning about myself, and I had to start owning up to things that maybe I’d either repressed, suppressed, or just didn’t wanna deal with.”
He said his loneliness was bringing him to thoughts of "If I'm not here that pain goes away" and he new he needed to get to the bottom of it. He says that thing was a "Love addiction".
Brady told People Magazine he discovered something about himself.
