Elle King is engaged. The singer announced on Instagram Wednesday that her boyfriend popped the question on her 30th birthday.
“Happy birthday to me! I said YES!” she captioned a Boomerang video of her engagement ring.
King and her now-fiancé have been dating for over a year. They celebrated their anniversary in April, and King shared on Instagram that her beau got a tattoo of her name on his bicep to mark the occasion.
“Proud to celebrate one year with this amazing man!” she captioned the image. “I love you so much! You’ve only brought wonderful love kindness and patience into my life! I’m very lucky.”
According to People, King has referred to her man as “Jim” on social media, but has not shared many other details about him.

The 40-year-old music producer shared a photo of himself standing on a gorgeous rocky seashore in Ibiza with a noticeable bulge in his swimming trunks on Tuesday and captioned it: 'I've been all over God's green earth, and nothing excites me more than the raw beauty of nature.'

So this place is amazing. Every room is completely different and the walls are covered in interesting art. The entire 4,300+ square feet are filled with color and texture and looks, in large part, remodeled. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath and a cozy guest room. Only problem? You're in Encino. lol. jk.

“One week ago today, on 6/24 at 4:52am, Adler Lawrence Karp made his entrance into the world, 4 weeks early,” she shared on Instagram. “My water broke on 6/20, one day before my work week directing at Raven’s Home ended and my maternity leave began. I was hospitalized that night and put on magnesium sulfate because Adler was only 35 weeks old. Unfortunately, after doing an ultrasound, our amazing OB discovered fluid in his lungs that was not there during our last appointment only 10 days earlier – and thus we entered a nightmare we’ll never forget.”
People reported that Adler’s middle name is an homage to her husband Jensen Karp’s father who died 11 years ago — and is coincidentally the last name of her “Boy Meet World” character.

This years Pride Month was a special one, as it celebrated the 50th anniversary of Stonewall. A massive riot in New York City that many see as a pinnacle turning point in the LGBT movement toward acceptance. And because of this, many celebrities are making their voices heard on social media. Either about their support, their own struggle or story and some using the opportunity to come out. Even if they have concerns about how that will be received.
