TMZ broke the news that the house on Waverly Drive in Los Angeles was sold to Zak Bagans, the star of "Ghost Adventures".
The home was the scene of the 1969 murders of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca at the hands of Manson followers. Rosemary was stabbed 41 times in her home and now I guess Zach is looking to get in touch with her.
And while the listing describes the $2m home as "truly one of a kind", there is no mention of it's horrid past.
No word on what Zak plans to do with it....

Bindi Irwin and her boyfriend of 6 years have decided to make the big leap into wedded bliss!
Irwin and Powell, 22, first met in November 2013 when he was in her native Australia for a professional wakeboarding competition and decided to stop by the Australia Zoo, where the Irwin family lives and works.
“It just so happened that Bindi was giving tours that day,”he told People.com back in December. “I’m like, ‘Wow she is amazing.’” The pair “hit it off right away,” he said, adding, “We haven’t looked back since.”
The conservationist shared the news on Twitter on Wednesday, posting two photos of herself with her longtime love. In one photo, Irwin and Powell share a sweet hug, while in the other Irwin gives a close-up look at her stunning engagement ring.
“On my birthday I said ‘yes’ & ‘forever’ to the love of my life,” Irwin, who celebrated her 21st birthday on Wednesday, captioned the sweet snaps. “Chandler, close to 6 years ago I fell in love with you & every day since has been a whirlwind of adventure & true happiness.”

“It was peaceful,” Neville’s longtime manager, Kent Sorrell, told NOLA.com. “He passed away at home with his adoring wife Lorraine by his side. He toured the world how many times, but he always came home to Valence Street.”
His cause of death was not immediately clear, however, Neville battled several health issues including complications from back surgery.
