The 47-year-old actress was diagnosed with the disease last August, after years thinking she was dropping things and tripping up because she was 'clumsy', and was soon walking with a cane, then a walking bike.
On Thursday, Blair posted a photo on Instagram from inside a clinic, with a bald head, leaning on her walking bike, with a lengthy caption, including: '#newimmunesystem'.
She shared positive results from what seems like the end of the treatment on her gram.
'Today is a banner day. 'I am being discharged from the care of an incredible team of nurses and techs and a visionary Dr. who believes in my healing as much as I do. This has been a process. And will continue to be one. I am immunocompromised for next three months at least. So no kisses please. I wanted to make sure all complications here were my private space. TMZ broke the news that the house on Waverly Drive in Los Angeles was sold to Zak Bagans, the star of "Ghost Adventures".
The home was the scene of the 1969 murders of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca at the hands of Manson followers. Rosemary was stabbed 41 times in her home and now I guess Zach is looking to get in touch with her.
And while the listing describes the $2m home as "truly one of a kind", there is no mention of it's horrid past.
No word on what Zak plans to do with it....

Bindi Irwin and her boyfriend of 6 years have decided to make the big leap into wedded bliss!
Irwin and Powell, 22, first met in November 2013 when he was in her native Australia for a professional wakeboarding competition and decided to stop by the Australia Zoo, where the Irwin family lives and works.
“It just so happened that Bindi was giving tours that day,”he told People.com back in December. “I’m like, ‘Wow she is amazing.’” The pair “hit it off right away,” he said, adding, “We haven’t looked back since.”
