This is NOT the home that Matthew Perry died in. I want to be clear. It was the last home he bought tho. He bought it just a couple months before he died in Oct 2023 and lived out of both homes. This one in the Hollywood Hills and the one he died in in Pacific Palisades.
This home is a super modern and spans over 2,500 square feet and was likely going to be renovated by Perry at some point because like his good friend Jen Aniston, Perry took great pleasure in buying and renovating homes.
Asking: $5,195,000 4 beds, 3 bath, 2,793 sq ft Pool

This is way creepy. Jeffrey Epstein... the perv pedo who flew celebrities and dignitaries to his island of horrors kept a little black book of contacts that will soon be auctioned to whatever freak wants a momento of this kind.
The auctioneers, Alexander Historical Auctions, have announced there are previously unknown contacts among the book’s 400 entries — but it’s important to note that the book up for auction is not the same as the infamous 2004 book currently in the hands of the FBI.
According to the Daily Beast, which first broke the story, the second black book is believed to be from 1997 and was reportedly found on Fifth Avenue in New York City’s East Village by a female musician in the 1990s.
It will go up for sale May 15 and include a forensic examiner’s report verifying its authenticity. Bidders are being assured that their identities will be kept secret.
“There are no comparables for the sale of this kind of relic. But, based on my experience, if I’m pressed to offer a price I would think it would be US$100,000 to $200,000, and up,” Bill Panagopulos, owner of the auction house, told Daily Beast.

I tried not to make that headline too click baity, but there are only a few details coming out and we're not sure if the shooting was related to Drakes house or not. Here's what we know.
Last night around 2am police were called to a shooting in the mega wealthy neighborhood where Drakes 50,000 square foot home is located.
When the police arrived they found a man wounded and a suspect had fled. Reports are that the mansion itself is taped off, which is what is leading people to suspect it's directly related to Drake.
Police haven't commented further on the case at this point.
However, a police source said early details from the initial call suggest the victim was a security guard at the home who appears to have been shot in a drive-by attack.
He suffered a gunshot wound to the upper chest and was unconscious when officers arrived, according to the initial report.
The victim was taken to hospital via emergency run, where he underwent surgery.
If we get more info we will surely update you.

I generally can't watch people humiliated even when I don't like them. But something just felt right about Kim getting shown in real time just how people feel about her.
Kim was one of the roasters on 'The Greatest Roast of all Time' on Netflix Sunday. The show was to roast 'GOAT' Tom Brady.
Kim was called up from the crowd by presenter and comedian Kevin Hart to give a toast and while she initially received some applause at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, it was quickly drowned out by a chorus of boos, forcing Kardashian to pause as she began her speech.
“Well, I know a lot of people make fun of your height, ” she says to Hart, before stopping, clearly affected by the crowd reaction.
“Alright, alright, alright,” Kardashian said.
Hart was heard saying in the background, “Whoa! Whoa!”
It was soooo painful to watch. Despite the boo's she carried on, so I do applaud her bravery.
Kardashian finished her three-minute stint with some words of advice: “I’m just here tonight to support you and celebrate you. I’ll give you the same advice I give all of my exes, good luck knowing the best is behind you.”

We've seen some very unsettling behavour from Britney in the last few days including medical staff being called out to the Chateau Marmont where she and her current boyfriend were fighting and Brit was out of control.
It's possible one of the catalysts of this recent breakdown was knowing an LA judge was signing and finalizing her divorce from Sam Asghari.
On Thursday a judge determined settlement details and TMZ said there wasn't much to report.
"Sam and Britney had an ironclad prenup in place -- which basically left Sam with nothing substantial. We know she agreed to pay his rent at his new place for a bit ... and while there were talks of her cutting him a check, it's unclear if that ever happened;" the publication wrote.
Britney has been concerning many people since her father was cut from being her conservatory. But I still support that move. No ones making Kanye give up control.

This gorgeous modern condo in West Hollywood, California was just sold for a whopping $8,550,000! The condo market is a tough one in LA, but Matt got a real price here.
The way these doors all pocket in to make a complete indoor outdoor space is just so stunning. And the kitchen and bath features are real show stoppers. The bathroom especially is a work of art.
Sold: $8,550,000 2 bed, 2.5 bath, 2,857 sq ft, shared roof top pool and spa

Ugh the lore of the Titanic was on fire this week. John Jacob Astor IV, whose family's name is one half of the Waldorf Astoria, was the wealthiest man aboard the Titanic when it sank in 1912.
Astor had helped his wife and maid into a life boat and reassured her he would follow in another boat when men were allowed to board. He ended up going down with the ship. In the week following his body was recovered from the water and his possessions cataloged and returned to his wife.
Over a century later that watch came to auction with an expected sale price of $150,000. It sold for 10 times that amount at $1,500,000.
The 14-karat gold Waltham pocket watch engraved with Astor’s initials was purchased by a private collector in the U.S., according to Henry Aldridge and Son.
Other Titanic items sold at the most recent auction included the valise that held the famous violin sold years prior and a pocketbook with documents on the ship’s scheduled voyages.

This is borderline hysterical to me because wtf, fr.
Barbara Steisand, the 82 year old singing and acting legend, took to beyonce's internet last night to throw some shade! She hit Instagram and came across a photo of actress Melissa McCarthy looking fetch as hell and decided to ask her about her weight loss in a bizarre way.
"Give my regards did you take ozempic" she asked. Seriously? Like I don't think there's anything wrong with taking Ozempic because obesity will kill you and some people really benefit from it, but wtfwtfwtf... would you ask her if she was pregnant if she had gained weight? DONT comment on people weight. That's their business~!!!
People have been commenting all day on the post and giving Barbara grief over the remark, but Babs removed the comment.

It's what the hell fire that is our current world needs right now. A nonsense film that hits all our nostalgia boxes. A return of Austin Powers.
Mike Meyers, who created and stars as the lovable secret agent, was asked about such a move in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.
"I can neither confirm nor deny the existence or non-existence of such a project," said Myers, 60, on the red carpet at the 49th AFI Lifetime Achievement Award event on Saturday, April 27, honoring Nicole Kidman.
Asked whether he thinks the character "has more story to tell," the Saturday Night Live alum added simply, "Absolutely."
The actor previously revealed he'd be down for reprising his role as the iconic character in a May 2022 interview with SiriusXM's Jess Cagle, telling the host he "would love to do" a fourth movie in the hit comedy franchise.
Fingers crossed!!!

Actress Anne Heche's son, Homer Lafoon, says that since her tragic car crash in 2022. the Heche estate has been unable to cover debts left by the troubled woman.
According to records, the estates' assets amount to approximately $110,000, while other inventory is still being appraised. Meanwhile, the estate is facing multiple claims, including three $2 million claims filed by the woman whose rental home and belongings were destroyed in the crash, as well as the couple who owned the home.
Anne died in a fire crash in Souther California when she is believed to be having a psycholic break and crashed into multiple cars before ultimately crashing into a home at a high rate of speed. The car was engulfed in flames and Anne died shortly after getting to the hospital.
"Based on the anticipated value of the combined Inventories and Appraisals and the filed creditor claims," the report states, "the Estate is insolvent."
Laffoon also notes in the report that sales for Heche's memoir, Call Me Anne, which was released posthumously in January 2023, "are not strong" and less than $25,000 total income is expected from the book. An estate sale is being planned for her personal property.
So tragic all around.

It was just a matter of time and it certainly wont be the last time. Caitlyn Clark, the basketball sensation who just signed her first contract with the WNBA, has signed a lucrative deal with Nike to make her very rich.
The athlete, who has turned women's basketball into the hotest sport of the spring, is about to get compensated in a way no female before her has.
On Tuesday, the Wall Street Journal and The Athletic reported a pending eight-year, $28million contract, including a signature shoe. The deal would give Clark the richest sponsorship contract for a women's basketball player.
The Athletic and WSJ cited unnamed sources familiar with the negotiations between Nike and the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer, who recently became the first overall pick of the WNBA Draft.
GO CAITLIN!
