Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick often seem like the most melon headed of the bunch over there.  But they do love their children and they do love to spoil them. Enter new boyfriend to Kourney, Travis Barker.  Hardly new, I supposed. Friend of the family for decades and love interest for almost a year.  Travis made it clear he would not be out done when it came to  spoiling the children.   Actually, I think this is really sweet. The drummer for the band Blink-182 got a newly 9 year old Penelope her own set of signature drums!
