"My children ask me to have a baby all the time. And you never know, I could squeeze one more in. I am missing my third. I'm thinking about it.
"I had a really bad experience when I was pregnant with my third. It didn't work out and I nearly died. So I am like, 'Are we good here or should we go back and try again?'"
Going through a miscarriage is an awful thing for anyone to go through, but I'm not being flippant when I question whether part of the reason she miscarries is that she barely eats anything and doesn't take in nearly enough calories to sustain the pregnancy? I know she's done it twice and all - and hopefully when she is pregnant, she throws away her 700 calorie per day Tracy Anderson bullshit - but given the illnesses she openly suffers from (osteoporosis, "gluten intolerance" and anemia come to mind, immediately), it's not as surprising as perhaps it should be.
I like Gwyneth for comedic value. I think Lindy West got it spot on when she wrote: "Commitment to whimsy + clueless gusto + impenetrable privilege = the world's best comedy." Amen, sister. Here's hoping Gwyneth ups her food intake and is soon no longer "missing [her] third". />Gwyneth Paltrow lives on pete moss and lettuce water, but somehow she's managed to give birth to two healthy (and gluten-deprived) kids with Chris Martin. However, the wheatgrass isn't always green on Gwyn's side of the fence, because it turns out she suffered a miscarriage when attempting to bring a third child into the world, and she doesn't know whether she should try to get pregnant again.

"I gained 57lbs when I was pregnant. I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again.
"I'm not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape. For me dancing is what keeps me active. Not everyone is supposed to be the same.
"Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you, you."
Aight, I'm with the body positivity and appreciate that Bey is open about the fact that most Hollywood stars aren't stick figures without either starving themselves and/or spending every spare second at a gym (or any other number of unsavory procedures that I probably can't even fathom), but I also don't believe that Beyoncé didn't take part in that whole process if she lost 57 lbs in 3 months. I just don't.
Of course, I'm waiting for some of y'all to pipe up with how she didn't really lose that much because she didn't gain that much because she was never really pregnant. I await you, naysayers. You make my days worth it. />How is losing nearly 60 lbs in just 3 months after shooting a baby out of your nether regions humanly possible outside of like, The Biggest Loser, where they eat about 600 calories and work out about 8 hours per day and have roughly 150 - 200+ pounds to lose, thereby making all of that easier (but still super unhealthy)? Well, that's pretty much what Beyoncé is saying happened to her after Blue Ivy graced the world with her presence.

"The image... is one of a suite of images taken from inside the magazine, presenting Ms Williams in a series of eight different imaginary characters. All the characters in the story were inspired by multiple fashion and cultural references, characters and eras, as well as by our admiration of Ms Williams as one of the most respected and talented actresses of her generation."
I'm inclined to read this as sincere. It's also difficult to question whether people think too big of a deal is being made by this because chances are, most of us are white people who don't have to deal with cultural or racial oppression on a daily basis. Still, I wonder if this wasn't sensationalised just a little and question where we draw the line between artistic expression and cultural appropriation/racism. />This is a tough story to write for several reasons. One, I really love Michelle Williams and think she's lovely and a wonderful actress and all that. Two, I really, honestly don't believe there was a single racist motivation behind this photoshoot for the British publication AnOther magazine, which sees her dressed in "redface" - you know, Native American garb. Mind you, lack of intention doesn't negate the fact that something is wrong and/or offensive, which is the point writers over at Jezebel were...
