Sarah Hyland plays a teenager on Modern Family and looks - well, like a kid. She's actually 23, but that's neither here nor there. The cast of the show is currently over in Australia filming the show, and of course fans are excited at getting a chance to come face-to-face with their favourite stars. However, one such fan went way too far: a 29-year-old man has been arrested after posing with Hyland for a picture and GROPING HER BOOBS. What the fuck?
The unnamed man was charged with assault, arrested and then released on bail. He'll be back in court on March 14th, where he could face up to five years in prison (but will probably get none).

Hyland became visibly emotional and teared up after the alleged fan grabbed her breast outside of the Sebel Pier One in Sydney.
According to eyewitnesses, Hyland immediately pushed the man in question away and screamed, "Don't touch me there!" before her security guards intervened.
No word whether the photo above is of the guy who was charged, but it is from the fan event in question hosted by Qantas Airlines at Sebel Pier One in Sydney on Sunday. Ugh. Why are people so fucking creepy?
