Despite his bandmates' assurances that Hawthorne Heights guitarist Casey Calvert was "not doing anything illegal" at the time of his death, it appears the 25-year-old did die of a drug overdose.
His death was an accident caused by the combined effects of opiates and the antidepressant citalopram and the anti-anxiety medication clonozepam, according to the medical examiner's office.
