While most of the world prepares for Michael Jackson's television event memorial service, the photo agencies have not forgotten Debbie Rowe, who is going about business as usual at her Palmdale ranch. (Well, business as usual, except she's being stalked by paparazzi now.)
Debbie spent the weekend feeding the animals (the sign above her in one of the pics says "Cowboy Wisdom: Never Kick a Fresh Turd on a Hot Day") and taking visits from friends.

While Paris Hilton's "true love" relationships seem to have a shelf life of six months, lil' sis Nicky has been quietly and steadily dating David Katzenberg for nearly two years. Which is, as it turns out, a more effective way to prove that your love is the real thing than wearing a t-shirt that says so.

Madonna took her new baby girl, along with her four other children -- Rocco, Lourdes, David and Jesus Luz -- to the Kabbalah Centre in London on the 4th of July. Luckily there were a bunch of nannies there, so Madonna didn't have to actually carry or tend to any of the children. I wonder which nanny changes Jesus's diapers?

Some heart-warming news amidst what feels like weeks and weeks of bad news -- Jon and Kate Gosselin spent the Fourth of July together with their eight kids. It's not a reconciliation, by any means, but it's nice to see two parents put aside their difficulties and act like adults so that they can both spend the holiday with their children.
At their home in Wernersville, Pa., the family played volleyball and picked blueberries for a cake that Kate was baking, while Jon was seen lighting up a spar...
Holy moly. A whopping 1.6 million people from around the world put their names in the lottery to win tickets for the Michael Jackson memorial service at the Staples Center on Tuesday. There was a random drawing of 8,750 names, and the winners are being notified today.
The tickets will admit 11,000 people to the Staples Center plus 6,500 in the Nokia Theater overflow section next door. The streets around the stadium will be closed to prevent those without tickets from trying to attend, police ...
On Saturday, we will celebrate the birthday of the United States, and the freedoms we enjoy in this country -- for some, it will be a sober occasion, with family and loved ones stationed overseas and at risk.
We can, however, expect absolutely zero sobriety today, as Lindsay Lohan celebrates her 23rd birthday. Remember when they let her out of rehab briefly to celebrate her 21st? And she had to drink water and Red Bull and stuff? NEVER AGAIN!

Arnold Klein, the pimp dermatologist who allegedly fathered Michael Jackson's children, speaks with media outside his home in Los Angeles. This looks nothing like the previous photo we saw of Klein. He's really let himself go in recent years, I guess. Either that, or he's carrying three more of Michael's children in his uterus. (Seriously, though, the shirt is stained in like three places. So gross. I would never let this guy touch my skin.)...
While Farrah's son, Redmond O'Neal, was allowed out of jail to attend his mother's funeral, Ryan O'Neal's other son Griffin (who is not Farrah's child) was denied entry per Ryan's request. If you remember, back in February '07, Ryan was arrested for allegedly assaulting Griffin.
Griffin reportedly drove 300 miles to attend the funeral and pay his last respects to Farrah. "She's mad right now that I'm not in there," he said. "I just wanted to say goodbye to someone I knew and loved for 33 years....
Lindsay "engaged" in some shopping in LA today -- while sporting a ring on her left hand. OH MY GOD YOU GUYS! I BET LINDSAY LOHAN IS ENGAGED!
Of course not. She's looking for a way to tiptoe back into the spotlight after all the Michael Jackson hoopla. Mission accomplished.
