Today, Joe pleaded not guilty to two felony tax-evasion charges in federal court in Los Angeles. He is accused of unlawfully deducting more than $20 million in bogus business expenses on his 2002 and 2003 corporate tax returns.
If convicted, Francis faces a possible sentence of 10 years in federal prison and $500,000 in fines.

Jess made her country performance debut this weekend, opening for Sarah Evans at Country Thunder, and it wasn't exactly a stunning success.
