Congrats to Sarah and her hubby Freddie Prinze, Jr., who welcomed a baby girl on Saturday. The little one's name is Charlotte Grace (awwww, totally great baby name!), and mother and child are doing well. "The family is over the moon," says their rep.

It's beginning!!! The Emmys don't actually start for a couple more hours, but you better believe we already have some action on the red carpet.
