Well, it looks like me, you, and the rest of the whole Internet threw a fit over those pictures of Heather Morris from Glee, because photographer Tyler Shields is trying to make up for it. See, he DID NOT want those pictures of a girl with a black eye being restrained by an iron cord to be taken in a negative way, that was not his intention. And to make up for this big misunderstanding, he’s auctioning off that photo above, starting at $100,000, and he’s donating all the money he makes to a domestic violence charity.
Man, close call, huh? If we weren’t all so sensitive about issues like domestic violence, then maybe the world would be a better place. Think about it*.
*Don’t think about it.
What would be nice would be if people actually thought for a second before they did stupid things to reason out whether they were stupid things or not.
Then we wouldn’t have to have all of this apologizing and CYA bullshit and having to look at stupid, distasteful photographs (comments, actions, whatever) in the first place.
i think the photos can be looked at, in a way that you’re taking the power away from, who ever or whatever caused the facial injuries. so, therefore you’re not hiding your face behind closed doors until the injury goes away and you can continue living your life.
Looks funny
