Don Vito’s Not So Psyched About Being Convicted of Sexual Assault on a Minor

Vito was convicted of sexually assaulting three girls ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing event last year at mall skate park.

When the verdict was announced, Vito fell to the floor and started screaming “Just kill me now.”

His sentencing hearing is December 20. He faces up to six years in prison. If he doesn’t comply with sex offender treatment as part of the sentence, he could potentially spend life in prison.

  • I would have never guessed that Don Vito would have done something like that. Having met him a few years ago he was pretty funny and all but after watching the TV show develop he seems to have become more perverted. Hmm Ms. is quite true. He would have never have done it.     if you search the conversation he had in prison with a publicist you’ll see that he is innocent ” he said why would i molest the girl if the parents are taking photos” which is completely true – im sure don vito wouldnt just ruin his life like that , Also He always asks how old the girls are and from what ive heard they looked 20 years old.

    In my eyes Don vito is innocent all the way unless hard evidence is found – There is also speculation that it was just poor mothers trying to frame vito for money etc.. To be fair there have been many cases involving this.

    Also with the publicist he stated he woul strangle a male fan , and pretend to touch a female fan’s breasts as part of the ” DON VITO ACT”

    Now i dont know about any of you but what we have seen and read over the internet is disgraceful – If vito is guilty then setence him by all means but from what ive heard/seen vito is innocent until proven guilty
