Here’s a list of people I don’t want at my funeral: Judy Haim, Corey Feldman, Todd Bridges, Baywatch‘s Nicole Eggert, Teen Witch star Robyn Lively and former Playmate Julie McCullough. We clear? OK, that being said, that’s the exact list of people who gathered at a Marina Del Ray restaurant to pay their respects to their recently deceased friend, Corey Haim.
Another attendee, Kristy Swanson, spoke to People and said the following of the memorial dinner:
“It was like a reunion. Robyn brought tons of old pictures – lots of people with crazy hair and funny clothes, and people gave Judy gifts. I had a picture of me with Corey on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and I gave that to her. There were no speeches, just lots of picture taking, talking and sharing pictures of our kids.”
Well, that’s nice. But wait a minute– does anyone else find it odd that Feldman & Co. skipped his Canadian memorial service so it could be private and family-oriented, and then they have a dinner which they report the details of to the press? I have a hard time believing that someone like Corey Haim had a single friend in the world (one that didn’t enable him, that is), let alone that these people aren’t milking his death for any shred of relevancy that they can dig up.
Who paid for that, “Farmer’s Almanac?” Hoping for some exclusive, behind-the-scenes photos.
None of these fuckers are worth a single fucking thought. The piece of shit in the ground, its relatives or any of the no-nothings who pretend like they were his friends. FUCK ALL OF THEM! THEY ARE ALL MEANINGLESS, IRRELEVANT, AND UTTERLY FUCKING WORTHLESS!

I think the problem may be that he didn’t have a “real” friend involved in that mess. Just a bunch of people that thinking they are important for having met the deceased. Sad.
You are awful. People who knew him (not you) are gathering together to remember him with pictures and stories. How dare you mock them? So they didn’t go to the Canadian memorial. They probably couldn’t afford it so this is what they did instead. Don’t forget that they are D-List according to you. What can they possibly know about paying their respects? I really don’t think you need to worry about them showing up at your memorial. Who the hell are you?
Robyn Lively is Blake Lively’s older sister. That connection should earn her some street cred and reconsideration. Also, if you can’t get Gary Coleman to RSVP for your service, Todd Bridges would not be too bad of a fallback.
Julie McCullough seems like a compelling potential guest — a Playboy centerfold turned stand-up comedienne who’s actively on the outs with Kirk Cameron. Also, she starred in an episode of your beloved ‘The Golden Girls.’

It was made pretty clear why they did not attend the funeral.
Yeah, these people are losers but don’t begrudge them meeting up to remember Corey just because they are d-listers.
And truly the only one completely responsible for Corey’s death is himself.
Plenty of great loving people have friends who are drug addicts and as hard as we try we cannot make them turn there lives around.
corey haim was a god the best of the best teen actor, i mean just watch his performance in lucas and that tells all you out there how an actor should do it. love you corey and i will never forget you, you were my hero and you were a legend.
