Sometimes people are too hard on Katie Holmes. The woman and her family are constantly photographed, so obviously she’s not going to be Little Miss Smiley Face all the time. Then again, sometimes Katie deserves to be called a grump or a zombie or a brainwashed beard or whatever it is that applies in the moment. Look at these photos! Suri Cruise, for maybe the second time in her short life, is actually behaving like a child. Bunny ears and slippers in the middle of the day, tongue hanging out, living life like a normal kid. And how does Katie express the joy she’s experiencing from watching her daughter blossom into a little human with a personality? She cracks a tiny smile and then immediately goes back to “Tom Face”. You know, that face she’s been making ever since he gave her that lobotomy at the Celebrity Center?

Perhaps she wouldn’t look so damn crabby all of the time if she just put her kid down and let her walk. I’d be irritated if I had to stomp around all day with a child that big on my hip!

To me, it just looks like she’s a bit annoyed with her daughter. I don’t know why, but I get the feeling this kid is a total brat and runs that household.

I would say that she is a full time mother, which is great as she can afford to be there for her daughter 24/7, at least untill she’s older then i guess katie will take on more roles. She did the play on broadway recently so she’s still in demand and getting work. Lucky katie, lucky daughter.
there are plenty of pics of her on celebritybabyscoop.com smiling, including during this outing. and it’s a big smile too. she doesn’t deserve to be called any of those names. maybe you should stop judging people you don’t know. i’m so sick of your posts that are just plain mean. this is probably the third or fourth time she’s been photographed with the bunny ears and big slippers, the other time they were huge bunny slippers.

Funny, I do see the one pic of her smiling. Could it be that the grumpy face is only because the photogs have invaded their space again and totally sucked out all the joy out of the situation for Katie? It totally looks like she was enjoying her daughter until others decided it was a three ring circus and not a special time between a mother and her daughter.
And I am not a huge Tom or Kate fan — just trying to be fair.
