Perry in Brand Spend the Holidays Across the Pond

Russell Brand was looking a lot more bundled up than we’re used to seeing him these days when he and his girlfriend Katy Perry left his Hampstead home. There’s a couple things to say here: 1) Thank God that man is finally in a climate where he can’t be comfortable dressed like a Girl Next Door 2) Is it just me or is this couple going a little 2 Fast 2 Furious? They’ve been dating for like, four months or something and they’re constantly photographed together. Russell’s even said he’d consider having kids with Katy. Are these two in it to win it, or am I a cynical jerk for thinking that this whole relationship seems seriously rushed?

  • I think it’s cute, but moving that fast can cause problems later. Like, when you can’t stand each other anymore.

  • Whole lotta press for a one hit wonder and a z list celeb, if they weren’t together there would be nothing for either of them. Color me suspicious of this lasting.

    • Not only did she have four singles that did very well but that has been the only full length cd she has released so far. I’d say that’s pretty good.

    Russel is no z list celebrity, he’s just not very well known here in the States, yet. He’s getting there, though, and he’s QUITE well known in the UK. Katy Perry is NOT a one hit wonder. If she never made another album, she’d still have four huge hits and one full length album that sold like freaking hotcakes. I seriously doubt she’s done, tho.
