I think she is dumb because of the way she uses words in a way they weren’t meant to be used. I just read some interview and her use of the word “escalate” and many others was quite interesting.
I see this in a lot of people who aren’t the brightest of bulbs but want to be seen as intellectual. These are the people who tend to point out grammatical and spelling errors, even though the meaning is clear, instead of making a logical counterargument.
i read the NYtimes magazine article about her this morning and i like her a lot more after reading it. granted, it was probably part of the ploy by her publicists to clean up her image, she makes a point when she says that as soon as women see another beautiful woman, she is immediately stupid, a slut, or a dumb whore. while not extremely talented, there is something to be said for megan’s ability to garner the celebrity status that she has. she knows the image she has to put on to keep her following and she is just playing game hollywood has created for young, attractive stars
