Yes, the 25 year old woman in me knows better than to call a teenage girl a slut, but to hell with it: Miley Cyrus was treating the Jumbotron camera at her Las Vegas show like it was the iSight camera on her Mac Book and she was doing another half-naked pic session for one of those Jonas Brothers.

The video above, which is VERY shaky by the way, flashes to Miley at the :12 mark mugging to the camera whilst squatting and baring some serious cleavage. If it’s not clear why this is totally uncomfortable, listen to the reaction of the girl operating the camera.

Miley isn’t much more promiscuous seeming than your average 16 or 17 year old girl, but let’s face it: Homegirl is a Christian Disney star who’s built her name off being a down home family kinda girl. The thought that Billy Ray was likely back stage watching this (as well as Miley’s older brother Trace, whose band Metro Station is opening for her on tour), quite simply makes me want to vom.

  • Yeah, the major corporations hate it when the hormones kick in, especially if you’re a “girl” (young woman who’s old physically mature enough to reproduce).

    Bu tat the age of ten Michael Jackson could sing Smokey Robinson’s song Who’s Loving You and the execs swooned along with the preteens when the money came rolling in.

      i see her “slutty” behavior as natural, though maybe not so attractive .

      she lived in front of the cameras for a major part of her teen years, and busted her ass on her show, she’s a kid, how can you expect her to be “normal”?

      • i believe it’s perfectly natural to be sexual and own your sexuality.

        however, Miley markets herself as “the good christian girl” and then behaves the exact opposite. also, her audience consists of young girls, and honestly this is a bad message to send to young girls.

        also, you’d think her parents would learn from the Britney situation and other child star examples, and NOT work their daughter so hard.

  • I took my ten-year-old to her Glendale concert 9/25 and she had some major boobage spilling out. Like embarrassing. Victorian-corset type smooshed boobies.

    THEN she was on a motorcycle doing “I Love Rock N Roll” and grinding that thing.

    If she’s a virgin, so am I. And I have four kids.

  • We can only hope that the laws of physics will pertain to our Miley as well as to the rest of the universe ( what goes up must come down.) If there is a God, when she finally does come back down, she is going to hit with a hell of a thud (right on her snotty, redneck face.) If there is a just God, she will land on top of (and squash) her redneck, hick father.

    • ha. too bad there isn’t a god. why do you people hate miley so much? stop taking your kids to her concerts if you dont like her humping the stage props. it’s nobody’s business if shes a virgin or not. many people have lost their virginity at that age or younger.

  • My daughter loves her, but after watching clips of her concerts, there is no way in hell I would take her to see her. I realize she is getting older, but good grief. The majority of her fan base is still kids, and I think it’s inappropriate how she rubs her crotch, etc. in front of them.

    • Well, based on that youtube video, I’d say she’s trampled into slut territory. Doing her R-rated stripper routine (lots of squats in skin-tight shorts, rubbing her crotch, running her hands over herself), I’d say she’s emulating her hero, Britney. And the fact that she’s 16 only means her parents are falling down on the job.

      Normal for a 16 year old girl? I would say so. Being up on stage doing that? The parents should start acting like parents. We all watched what happened to Britney with the lack of supervision.

      My daughter is 7 & LOVES Miley! She was suppose to be here in KC this past weekend but cancelled because she was sick (flu, sore throat, something?) I didn’t get tickets for the show because we can’t afford them. My daughter wanted to go sooo bad & I felt kind-a crappy because we couldn’t get them for her. Now after seeing that video I’m so happy to be broke. I would have been so bothered if we would have gone & my daughter would have been exposed to that. That’s just too much for (what I think) the medium age of fan base.

  • One thing that bothers me most is the fact that people say that she’s at the age where hormones kick in and she’s like every other girl.

    Uh, no. She is certainly not like every other girl, in the concept that she’s holy fucking famous and everyone knows who she is. Say the name Miley Cyrus and unless the person has been living under a rock for their life, they automatically know the name. She has a reputation to maintain and whilst all of the other non-famous teen girls can slut around, she can’t. Some may say I’m a prude for saying so, but her fanbase is made up mostly of kids and trotting around and feeling herself up is not appropriate. Kids should be able to go to their favorite celebrity’s concert without having to have a facefull of Miley vag. While I’m only a year older than her, I can still say I was able to handle myself better, with just as many hormones, and without being on a stage surrounded by cameras.

    • i totally agree. i hate when people say she is a normal teen when really we all know that she isn’t. normal teens don’t have as much fame and speculation from the public eye and even if it is ‘hard’ to be an actress/musician, not every young girl in the spotlight has had that same behaviour. so everyones exuse is ‘she has hormones’? yeah, every woman does and hasn’t acted that way. i could care less if she was a virgin, thats her business but i do care when someone whos supposed to be all christian and wholehearted dances in front of my kids like that. every parent would be concerned, and you dont know the feeling until you have children. what she did was completely innappropriate and it was bascially just a bad call.

  • Miley is using gimmicks to keep herself relevant and a money maker. Her appeal as a pre-teen was mainly the fact that she was cute looking but she’s not maturing into a beauty. Not to say she is unattractive but she’s nothing special looking now. She has a decent figure but again, nothing special. She can’t really sing well so, she is going to resort to sexuality and gimmicks to sell cd’s and tickets. This is like Britney Spears 2.0 with the exception that Brit was in her 20’s when she became average looking. Miley’s already there.
