This morning while I was fervently Googling naked images of Bradley Cooper trolling the Internet looking for some pictures of my boyfriend Bradley Cooper, I came across photos from last night’s Whitney Contemporaries Art Party.
Question: What in the Rory Gilmore was Alexis Bledel thinking wearing that dress? Chevron designs shooting out from one’s hips is never, ever, ever a good idea.
My fiance — yes, I upgraded him — was there as well as Amber Tamblyn, Ali Larter, Gretchen Mol, Camilla Belle, Ivanka Trump.
Most of the attendees obeyed the “Clunky and Inappropriate to the Ensemble” shoe requirement that was apparently indicated on the event invite.
I think she looks very good.
I agree, I love the dress. I think she definatly has the body to pull it off. She looks great.
So do I. Typically a pattern across the hips isn’t a great idea, but she has a great body and can totally pull of this dress. Glad to see her out again!

Wendie, you COMPLETELY missed the mark on this one… The ‘chevrons’ as you describe them accentuate her hips and the fact that she has a slim torso, add to that the fact that she has amazingly blue eyes, and you have: UNDERSTATED HOTNESS, the best kind
I agree with you Wendie, the pattern on the dress does make her hips look bigger than they probably are, and the shoes are a bit too clunky for a trim, formfitting dress like this.
