Michael Lohan is at it again-more talk about his daughter Lindsay and how he is going to be the one to save her. Remember that promise he made to keep their private family business out of the media? Yeah, he doesn’t either.
Lindsay Lohan could end up even worse off than Britney Spears, the troubled actress’ father has said.
Former Wall Street trader Michael Lohan says the Mean Girls star is spiraling into a personal disaster even worse than that of the Toxic hitmaker – and is now pleading with his famous daughter to see sense before it is too late and split from her lesbian partner Samantha Ronson.
He says, “She’s [Ronson] using her and bringing her around the wrong places.
“No matter where they go in the world, where Samantha drags Lindsay to her little DJ events, there’s always a big blow-up. Ever since Lindsay left rehab where she really got her life back together, Samantha has come back into her life and in it all went wrong for her.
“Lindsay was very vulnerable and Samantha seized on that and manipulated her.”
Now Michael is hoping to follow Britney’s dad’s example and take control of his daughter’s affairs.
He adds, “Finally Britney’s father did take control and she got her life back together.
“But Britney didn’t have Samantha Ronson in her life. Lindsay is my daughter and I love her but I’m not there to be a friend, I’m here to be a parent.
“If Lindsay doesn’t like that or is angered by what I have to say, quite frankly I don’t care because.” [sic]
It’s amazing to me, because if he just shut the fuck up and actually did something, Linds would probably be in a better place right now. Instead, Mike has to blog, preach and tweet about the parenting he so intends to do.
His newest plan sounds like he is seriously considering obtaining a conservatorship over his daughter in an effort to protect her from the evil Samantha Ronson. I predict that this could be the next Hollywood trend. Rihanna is so next on the Taken Over By Daddy list.
The most brilliant part of this article? “I don’t care because.” I plan to use this all day today. When I go grocery shopping and the cashier gives me my total, I’m going to say, “I don’t care because,” and see what happens.
Why the fuck does anybody care what Michael Lohan or Lindsay have to say about each other… or anything else??? He’s a nobody and she’s just a coked up former actress. What the hell is so interesting about either one of them?
The fact that people like this get such media attention makes me believe more and more that our society had morphed into a bunch of idiots.

What’s intersting is that she used to be a talented child actor, and obviously the industry has given up on her yet (still don’t know why).
And Michael Lohan shouldn’t look up to “Daddy Spears”, he hasn’t been the poster dad as far as I know.

Lindsay’s career is in the tank because of Lindsay, you can’t be out in bars constantly, photographed drinking, with cokey nose and then scream from the highest tower “I’m sober, I wanna paycheck” doing those things does not compute. However, her father is ruining any chance to redeem herself. His constant need for attention at his daughter’s expense – discussing personal things means producers who hire her will have to budget in money to offset what he says about his own child, she’s a PR nightmare because of daddy dearest. She’s over 21, she’s a legal adult and while troubled is not technically mentally ill, Brit Brit is ill – my dog could see the difference, yet her creepy father just wants her grab on to her money and “manage” her? Good luck with that thief! He’s so transparent and all this man has done to his daughter is make it impossible to be hired, who could love a parent that does this to you, humiliates you for his need to be the center of attention in her life and career? He’s a drunk, an addict, a felon, a criminal, a flake who makes his money because he’s related to his daughter. The level of illness is just overwhelming on his part. He’s so dirty, and if anyone needs to be out of her life, with a restraining order it’s Micheal Lohan – Lilo’s biggest saboteur. I pity her that when Michael wrecked his car he walked away, her life would be so much better had he died in a drunken stupor that night. I wonder if the constant shame of what he is doing to her doesn’t cause her to relapse?
Michael is delusional. It was reported by numerous gossip sites that Lindsay was doing drugs in rehab and had an affair with a married guy while there. Lindsay is a narcissist who doesn’t care about anyone but herself. I wouldn’t be suprised if she stooped to porn rather than making the effort to get her life together. As for her “acting”, what acting? In every movie she just played herself. Jodie Foster she ain’t.
With Dina and Michael as parents, does any rational person actually think that Samantha Ronson is the bad influence in Lindsay’s life?

He is disgusting, and far more delusional/sick than Linds will ever be. The Brit scenario is completely different, and I am pretty sure that her dad hasn’t served jail time for friggin assault. He needs to shut the f*ck up. Seriously. He has to stop blaming all of her problems on Samantha… Linds has to take responsibility for her decisions if she is ever going to get better. What? Its Samantha’s fault that she is a dj? So ridiculous. It’s not like she is a drug dealer.
