Don’t mess with Nicky Hilton!
After being pushed to the ground by a homeless person at a West Hollywood IHOP at 5 a.m. Saturday morning, the heiress made a citizen’s arrest, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore confirms to Usmagazine.com.
“One of our deputies was at the IHOP, having a coffee break, and noticed a waitress run outside because there was a commotion,” Whitmore tells Us. Another deputy was then called “because there was a misdemeanor battery that involved Nicky Hilton and a man named Michael Broadhurst,” adds the spokesman.
The 50-year-old homeless person “came up behind Ms. Hilton and pushed her. She’s OK, but she was desirous of prosecution. She said, ‘I am placing you under citizen’s arrest!'”
Whitmore says it was a dual effort by both Hilton and the two deputies to arrest Broadhurst, who will appear in court April 21 …
“It is my understanding that she is OK,” Whitmore tells Us. “A battery is just an unwanted touching.
I have three things to say here:
1) What was Nicky doing at a WeHo IHOP at 5 am?
2) How does one actually make a citizens arrest?

just because you are homeless, doesn’t mean you get to run around assaulting people. Hmm. Maybe you don’t live in an area with homeless people?
Granted I grew up in NH where there is plenty of poverty, but I live in L.A. now, so yes I have been around plenty of homeless people. And no, I don’t think it is okay to assault people. Though truthfully if it were me, I would have cut the guy a break if he had pushed me knowing he was having a hard enough tie right now.
But I wasn’t there, so I don’t know if he went further and kept trying to attack her or what. It did say that it took 3 people I believe to arrest him, so yes, he may have been completely out of hand. I was just saying that from what I read, I wouldn’t have done that same thing as Nicky, I would have walked away.

Yes I have seen the pick of Taylor and it not really a dick, its a dildo… and although the picture of the poor sap is a resemblance of Taylor there is one thing missing. The scar on his chin, he cut it as a little kid when he ran into a storm door. There was a close up of the pic and there’s no scar… its not a huge scar but when you are good at details (or you get candid photos like that one and not the kind that have been professionally done) it’s not hard to miss.
