gotta love taylor-
hilarious, wendie!
I saw Neil Patrick Harris in Rent a bunch of years ago. Firstly, I found it odd, even back then, that he was playing one of a limited number of straight characters in the play. Secondly, I remember asking someone at the time… “What is up with his voice?”. Nice to see he can laugh about it now. I will say he played an awesome Mark! Pretty talanted guy!!!
God, that was kind of painful to watch.
I was so ready for it to be extremely funny and then nothing happened. It was so one note. The writers really need to step up their game. They are having amazing guest hosts and they are just wasting it.
I could not stop laughing throughout this entire skit, both last night and rewatching it now. But maybe that’s because I’m a theater person and understood all of the references, unlike a good portion of the audience…
Yeah. This sketch actually reminded me how much I freaking love Broadway. Well played.
Taylor swift did AWFUL last night during her performance. Her voice was so soft and week.
and by week i mean weak
also, she kept giggling and laughing like she thought she was doing a fantastic job, which paired with her weak voice made it even harder to keep watching/listening. i know people love her, but i do not see her appeal, and that performance confirmed what i’ve been thinking all along.
but she was good in this skit, i’ll give her that
I dunno, I thought it was actually pretty funny :-)
me too!
I don’t care what people say: I still love SNL. And I thought that skit was pretty funny as well (I did get most of the references, so that probably had something to do with it.)
Oh, and Neil Patrick Harris? If you suddenly decide to become straight…I’m right here and waiting.
That was the first funny skit I’ve seen on SNL since Tina Fey. The writing is deplorable on most everything else, but this one was enough to at least elicit a chuckle. That’s more than usual.
And I do SO love Neil Patrick Harris.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! NPH didn’t win Best Supporting Actor in a TV-Series/Mini-Series.
There is not justice in the world.
*cries*
I saw “Mark” and my heart melted a little. The entire thing made me lol.
Neil Patrick <3
I think neil patrick harris was very convincing in every sketch
Am I the only one in the world who hates snl??
Yes chola, you are
Just because we’re bitching doesn’t mean we hate it by any means.
