I mean, sure, Kate Hudson’s put on some weight lately, but I’m not sure her stylists could have done a better job of drawing attention to this fact than with this turquoise potato sack she wore to the People’s Choice Awards. The hair and makeup are a hot mess, too. Lastly: I’m fairly certain she’s drunk.
The whole night was a miss for Kate — oh, except she did win the Favorite Leading Lady Award for her role in My Best Friend’s Girl. I don’t know how that is possible since nobody saw that movie.
The Dark Knight won everything for which it was nominated, including: Favorite Movie, Favorite Superhero, Favorite On-Screen Match Up, Favorite Action Movie and Favorite Cast.

Shes been out promoting Bride Wars and on all the talk shows shes kind of lit.
I get the feeling when she gets older shell be that “cool mom” who still dresses young and hits on her sons friends while she is three sheets to the wind, tanked off her pretty bootie.
You know kind of like a Dina Lohan but much more herbaly relaxed and not quite as media savy. LOL

I like the color of her dress. But yeah, it looks bad on her and in the first picture she does look a little chunky…I didn’t even know that was her.

i have tried to hate kate hudson simply because shes NOT goldie and will never ever be anything close. i was excited about almost famous because her performance got people talking. then she started cranking out cookie-cutter chick flicks from the same vein as jennifer lopez and jennifer aniston movies and i quickly lost interest in her as an actress (her performance in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is so annoying). but i just cant help but like her for some reason. shes cute, she doesnt take herself seriously, she happily blows through failed relationship after failed relationship without blinking an eye, she is refreshing and honest, i guess shes grown on me.
I dont think she looks bad – sure, the dress is not making her look tiny, but why does she have to? The colour looks nice on her, and the one shoulder dress makes her appear statuesque.
I like her. and her dress.
Is it just me or is there some sort of greenish stain going around her waist?
I like the dress, no it’s not super tight and revealing but i think it’s fun and appropriate for an awards show.
Actually I think she looks gorgeous with a wee bit of extra weight and the hair a bit messy :/

It was the People’s Choice Awards — any self-respecting star present was on some sort of heavy-duty drug, whether it be alcohol, crack, or LSD (“A good rock song is like a trip you want to take over and over again…”). Queen Latifah was CRAZY last night, and Christian Bale had either hidden a bottle of Vodka under his suit or he thinks his hair looks good like that.
I’m voting for the bottle of Vodka.
But who can really blame them? It’s TPCA — I’m just glad that Christian Bale is finally getting some of the recognition he deserves.
But back to Christian’s hair…the full moon IS on Saturday…perhaps he’s beginning to make a werewolf transformation?
