I don’t usually do back to back real estate posts, but I’ve been waiting for Andy Cohens condo to hit the market for over a year and I had to share it the moment I had pics.
This is an extremely curated maximalist paradise. Cohen purchased the original unit in 2003, and later combined it with three additional units to turn it into the 3,500sf home it is now.
