Skai Jackson got her start as the tough but lovable Zuri Ross on the very popular show ‘Jesse’ on Disney Channel. The shows stars have struggled to find success after, but Skys been consistently working.
But work was on hold last week at Universal CityWalk after an alleged domestic violence incident between Skai and her boyfriend. Skai is 22. No word on the age or name of her beau.
Security allegedly saw Skai push her boyfriend and held the two till the police arrived. We’re told both Skai and her boyfriend denied there was any altercation, but that didn’t stop authorities from taking action.
Deputies say they reviewed video footage and saw she pushed him. Jackson was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery, cited and released a few hours later.
Here’s hoping she can put that behind her and get back on the set and filming.
