It’s been a week since police were asking for the publics help in finding a missing Drake Bell. The Nickelodeon actor had threatened suicide to his estranged wife before vanishing. When he was found he apologized for worrying anyone.
Now TMZ has obtained documents stating Drakes wife, 28 year old Von Schmeling, has officially filed for divorce.
The pair are parents to one-year-old son Wyatt Bell, who Von Schmeling is asking for primary legal and physical custody of.
Von Schmeling said that she is open to Bell receiving visitation of their son as part of a divorce agreement.
Drake has had ongoing drug and alcohol problems, so the idea she wants to ease into his parenting the child makes sense.
