There is an update on the Anne Heche crash and her condition.
According to police documents, obtained by TMZ, Anne was not drunk at the time of her crash last Friday, but she was under the influence of Cocaine and possible fentanyl.
Witnesses to her first crash said she appeared intoxicated and acting crazy. Then of course home surveillance cameras show her racing through residential streets until she crashes into a house and being engulfed in flames.
There are also reports that Anne is still in a very bad state in the ICU and that she has made no improvements since she was first admitted on Friday.
