Demi Lovato is heading to Joshua Tree to try and uncover what she saw there one night that she’s never been able to explain. And shes pretty sure it was extraterrestrial.
‘I had this crazy experience that happened to me in Joshua Tree,’ the singer explained in the preview. ‘It was this bright light kind of moved in like these weird ways that a plane wouldn’t move. My goal is to find out what really happened.’
Demi and some pals are filming a series for Peacock where they speak with experts in the field to obtain ‘secret government reports and conduct tests at known UFO hot spots’.
‘I’m Demi Lovato, singer, activist and UFO experiencer,’ she says. ‘I’m hitting the road with my best friend Matthew and my sister Dallas to investigate the unexplained and the unidentified.’
As Lovato seeks to ‘make contact with the truth’ about extraterrestrial life, they wonder if aliens may not be closer to Earth than most would expect.
‘What if extraterrestrials aren’t traveling lightyears to visit us?’ the star asks. ‘What if they’re already here waiting for us to reach out?’
The ‘believer’ enlisted their big sister Dallas and their ‘skeptical’ BFF Matthew Scott Montgomery to also star in the docuseries.
