Lack of space made me leave out two details of this story. The house was $36.8 million and it was, of course, Hepburns house a long time ago. But it was hers and now it belongs to King James.
The deal began back in July, but just closed this week. Lebrons new house is 9,146 square feet spread over 3 dwellings. Plus expansive yards amounting to 2.5 acres. Almost unheard of in Beverly Hills where it’s located.

If you think $36.8m is crazy, keep in mind James will likely do a complete gut remodel inside. So ad another $4m.
