It’s been a month now since Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, and seven others died as a result of a helicopter crash in Calabasas, CA. Kobe fans continue to make daily posts to social media expressing their love for the NBA legend.
Since then the memorial service was held, some controversial photos were found to be taken at the scene, a number of homages were done in Kobe’s name. And now a previously planned auction is about to sell off some pretty personal items of Kobes.
An auction featuring some of Bryant’s Lakers uniforms along with his handprints, according to USA TODAY, will be on the block from April 27-30 in Beverly Hills, CA at Juliens Auctions Beverly Hills.
This is part of their annual sports auctions. The auction has made it clear though that the Bryant memorabilia was set to be auctioned prior to his death on January 26. One of the Lakers uniforms features his No. 8 jersey from the 2000s NBA Finals.
