I’ll admit that I haven’t the foggiest idea what the appeal is of JoJo Siwa. I barely know where she came from other than friends tell me she was a Dance Mom’s creation. I just know she’s 16 now and the crazy face paint and bows in her hair are keeping her creepily adolescent.
