Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are heading to trial next month for a courtroom showdown in their bitter custody battle.
The two Hollywood stars are set to duke it out in court, according to TMZ Monday, with December 4 set as the date for the start of a custody trial.
They were reported to have reached an interim custody agreement regarding their six children in late summer.
But negotiations appear to have broken down, and next month, the couple will ask a judge to rule on the custody battle over their six children, as well as their shared property, after it was revealed they had no prenup. NO PRENUP!! That’s pure madness, people.
The celebrity exes have filed paperwork in Los Angeles asking to be given until next June to hash out the details of their split with the help of a retired private judge.
