Musicians love a statement home, and Ryan Lewis (As in Ryan Lewis and Macklemore) is no exception. His waterfront Villa is just dripping with character, be it by design or by the singers added touches. He bought the home back in 2014 for $3.3 million, but just 3 years later he’s asking just under $8 million. $7,950,000, to be exact.
The main room is lined with windows showing off panoramic Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The foyer is framed by the mother of all French chandeliers — one of many from New Orleans distributed throughout the house — hanging from a gold-leaf painted vaulted ceiling. Superb master suite, theatre, & very cool Whiskey bar.
As much as I love this place, (and believe I do), I can’t see him getting that much. $5 million. Tops.
