Hip-hop artist and record producer Big Sean has sold his home in Hollywood Hills West for $1.925 million.
The Mediterranean-style house, built in 2006, came on the market in July and was listed at about $2 million prior to the sale. Big Sean, whose legal name is Sean Anderson, bought the house three years ago for $1.675 million, records show.
Sited on a hillside lot, the three-story home features hardwood and stone floors, walls of windows and a media room. There are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms including one bedroom currently used as a sound/recording studio. A living room with a fireplace, an updated kitchen and a dining area also lie within 4,235 square feet of interior space.
