Poor George Clooney. He and Brad are thick as thieves when it’s time to play, but it looks like on the serious issue Georgie can’t even get a heads up.
George was stopped by a CNN reporter and asked a few serious questions, but it was the last one that tripped him up.
When ask how he feels on the dissolution of his longtime friend’s marriage he responded: “Why? What happened?” then the media training kicked in. “I didn’t know that. I feel very sorry then. That’s a sad story and unfortunate for a family. It’s an unfortunate story about a family. I feel very sorry to hear that.” A beat, then “This is the first I’ve heard of it.”
