TMZ is reporting the massive real estate holdings of musician Prince are going to be auctioned off at a minimum of 90% of their fair market value. Prince left behind a number of smaller homes around his home state of Minnesota, as well as a bevy of luxury pads, including the massive Paisley Park estate, where the singer died in April of this year.
Among the properties hitting the auction block is this expansive property in the gorgeous Turks and Caicos. Last listed at $12,000,000, the 10,000 square foot home has a generous 10 bedrooms as well as a complete guest home. Not to mention being right on the water with its own private beach and boat docking.
