If you came of age during the ’90s, you were either a Backstreet Boys girl or an *NSync girl. I was the latter (if I had to choose — really I was neither and more of a Fiona Apple girl, truth be told) and thought BSB kinda sucked. Their songs weren’t as good, the guys in the group were cornier, and just blah. But a lot of people DID love them, so much so that they’re now coming back for their own Las Vegas residency gig a la Britney!

Oh right, so basically, they can’t even guarantee that they’re going to have a Vegas residency long-term because they don’t know if anyone will give enough of a shit to come. I think they can probably fill seats for a few weeks, but other than that, no one cares. None of them was a breakout star (unlike, say, if *NSync had a reunion that Justin Timberlake joined – that would do super well) and again, they weren’t all that good to begin with, so… no thanks.
