Whoa, hi, Katy Perry. This is such an odd, odd look. Knowing Ms. Perry, it was intentional, but I don’t get why she’d go for such late 1980s/early ’90s vibe. I guess I’ll blame Jeremy Scott. What do you guys think? Is it too much or is it fabulous?
Camilla Belle has some weird camouflage effect going on here, but anyway, even without that unintentional look, this is still a terrible dress.
Demi Moore manages to look amazing despite the severe fugality of this outfit. Like seriously, the hell are those shoes? The belt? The boxy cut dress? The…shawl?
Melanie Laurent. Man, I think she’s just adorable. Love her. Love this dress.
Lizzy Caplan. Egads, this is pretty awful.
Kiernan Shipka. Damn, she’s such a freakin’ adult. This is such a “mature” dress for her. I think she pulls it off nicely, though.
Rachel Zoe has such a thing for tassels. Usually I’m not into it, but I’m kind of digging this. Sometimes her Stevie Nicks look pays off.
Emily Ratajkowski looks like some kind of sexy shagadelic superhero. What a weird effing outfit, especially for a Target promotional event.
Dakota Johnson looks a little off. I’m guessing it’s the hair? Here’s a closeup:

Jessica Alba also looks gorgeous no matter what she wears. I’m not too keen on this dress at all, but it really doesn’t even matter.
Amanda Seyfried. Love the necklace, love a black velvet dress, but dear lord, I’ve never seen her so skinny.
Penelope Cruz is such a beautiful woman, but man alive, this dress is ugly.
Demi Lovato….what the what. This is something only nanny Fran Fine can pull off.
And finally, here’s another gal we haven’t seen in a while: Jessica Simpson. I don’t really know what’s going on here. Is it a jumpsuit? If not, who thought those two pieces go together? Oh well.

I’m pretty much up and down the row with you here. But often you don’t mention the person in the lead picture. That jacket pattern Rod is sporting is known as a “boating blazer” and very popular with the Mods. As he was popular with the mods back then, not a bad choice.
