So I guess we’re in the “dog days” of summer, right? Summer’s winding down, but it’s still hot as all get-out. Might explain why we have such bizarre celeb outfits this week — it’s so damn hot, it’s frying celebs’ brains. We’ve got some real “winners.” I’ve delivered the best (and worst, and WTF) that I could find for Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! so do me a favor and tell me who you think who wore the BEST, WORST, and most WTF look of the week. Hahahaha!! Solange, you freakin’ kill me. I love that you are fearless with your wacky-ass fashion. Those shoes are hurting my eyes. Don’t ever change.

Elisabeth Moss, you know I love you. And I LOVE this dress. Gorgeous color, great fit, great cut. But what is going on with that hair? Did you just leave the gym? Ah, you’re still great. Shine on, you crazy diamond.

Here we have a super simple outfit on Julianne Hough, but I think it’s just adorable and a great example of how to do casual while still being stylish.

Alison Brie is a total goddess to me. Love the paneling in this dress. Less love for the sheer overlay extending past the knees.

Sarah Paulson always reminds me of a warped January Jones, and I don’t mean that in a mean way. Their faces and their styles are just really similar.

Jessica Biel, the hell is this??? And BTW I am already sick of seeing cropped wide-legged pants. It’s such an odd trend to me. Maybe I’m not ~~cool~~ enough to **get** this look, but I think it’s ridiculous.

Oh hay, speaking of looks I don’t “get”, here’s Rita Ora. Okay, in all fairness to Ms. Ora, she did perform in this outfit on stage; it’s not like she was walking around in it all day. That being said, I still don’t get it. It says “intergalactic stripper” to me. A space stripper, if you will.

AHAHAHAHA, Rachel Zoe, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS. If you cover her head, she looks like a creature from Star Wars. Or like Grimace if he were doing boho chic. Hilarious.

Kelly Osbourne looks like a matador in black tie.

Burn baby burn, disco inferno!! Amal Clooney looks like she’s about to saunter into Studio 54. And I’m not saying that’s a bad thing.

Zendaya is so ’90s, it hurts.

Gwen Stefani. I love the skirt, but that’s about it.

This is probably the most put together that Courtney Love has looked in years.
