Well hello everyone, we’re back with Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! Here’s what we covered last week in fashion. This week, we’ve got something wacky from Kim Kardashian (the gift who keeps on giving), as well as a bunch of other celeb looks, from the great to the, whaaa?

Gwen Stefani. Part of me wants to call her a clown and be done with it, but the other part actually really likes this. WHICH PART SHOULD WIN??

Aubrey Plaza surprised me with this cute outfit that I do not hate.

Cate Blanchett. I love this. Love the colors, the shape — it’s just fun.

I would say that most of the time, Chrissy Tiegen looks dazzling, and this is one of those times. And this is coming from someone who hates cutouts in dresses.

Diane Kruger. Do we like the ruffles, or do we feel it looks like she’s wearing a whipped cream bikini top? Hard to say.

So, Hilary Duff changed her hair game. What do we think? I actually like it!

Jessica Alba. I mean, it’s a totally fine outfit. A little boring, but it works for the occasion. It’s her business look. It’s fine.

Justin Bieber, at his roast. I appreciate his effort. It’s really not a bad suit. The hair though, is a bit appalling.

Kate Moss. You’re going to think this is either glamorous or ridiculous. Personally, I’m stuck somewhere in between.

Here’s Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting. I like this gown, it’s classic, elegant, etc, and the hair is sort of starting to grow on me (no pun intended) — she’s kind of reminding me of a young Meg Ryan.

Kim Kardashian. This one makes me lol. She looks like some sort of super villain from the 1960’s Batman show. Like one of Catwomen’s henchmen. And that hair is just not doing it for me at all.

This is another outfit I don’t get. Leighton Meester, what is this? Is this MC Hammer chic?

Lena Dunham. Well, this isn’t too terrible; we’ve definitely seen worse from her. The dress is even kind of cute. Might be cuter if it flared out. But I can give her props for this.

Lisa Loeb, because when’s the last time you heard from Lisa Loeb, right? I like her dress. I’m just glad she’s here.

Rose Byrne keeps it going with another dowdy outfit. I’m so confused, is she just not wearing a shirt? What’s going on here?

Sarah Paulson is totally morphing into Kristen Wiig. Could you totally not see this on the Wiigster? Eh? Okay.
