Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week!

We’ve got some (mostly) lovely looks for you this week on Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! Celebs are really starting to bring their A-game in the days leading up to the Oscars. I’m sure we’re gonna see some fabulous gowns. Until then, go through the photos and make your picks for who has the BEST, WORST, and most WTF look of the week!

Part of me loves this solely because January Jones is wearing it, and if you’re familiar with Evil Beet, you’re aware of how much I love January Jones. To be fair, I’m pretty certain if this were on anyone else, I’d hate it. I just think she pulls it off, although I think she’d pull it off even better if she had a super sleek hairdo. What do you guys think of this look? Total WTF or stylishly edgy?

Allison Williams. You might also be aware of how much I loathe crop tops (it’s like the trend that just won’t die), but I don’t hate it here. It breaks up the print, which could be overwhelming as a dress vs a two piece ensemble. I think she looks rather lovely, TBH.

Camilla Belle. I’m such a fan of her retro look (she usually goes more retro than this, which is almost space age-y). Not sure about the dress, but she always has flawless eye makeup, which I adore. And I’m loving the hair.

I can usually count on Charli XCX for a train wreck of WTF outfits, but this is actually pretty tame for her. So I’m a little disappointed that I can’t rely on her for the lolz this week, but I do actually like what she’s wearing, so…I’m confused.

Kate Hudson looks fabulous, doesn’t she? The outfit is so much more mild (in a Desperate Housewives sort of way) than what she usually wears, but I’m digging it.

Kerry Washington. This is just OK for me. It’s a little drab. She really shines in brighter colors.

Here’s Kesha! I’m trying to figure out what her overall is covered in. Studs? Sparkly studs? Can’t tell. I do like her sunglasses. Again, I am a sucker for anything 1960’s mod inspired.

Here’s another one of my favorites, Kiernan Shipka. I love this dress and I love it on her. It’s just such a pretty look. Ugh, I want this dress so badly. It’s gorgeous.

Kylie Minogue. I love the length; it makes the dress very playful despite its dour coloring. I think it’s way cute.

So I think I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m completely over Maggie Gyllenhaal‘s style. It’s just not for me (though I kind of like those shoes). She definitely has her own aesthetic going on. At least it’s different?

Malin Akerman. I like the color, but I hate the cutouts. I’m usually all about retro, but something about this reminds me of a campy flight attendant uniform as designed by Jane Jetson.

I swear, when I first glanced at this photo, I thought Michelle Monaghan was wearing wings. Like weird goth angel wings. This is something I would expect to see on Helena Bonham Carter. And she would probably rock it. On Monaghan, I’m left scratching my head.

Mindy Kaling. Well…I like the color. This is definitely not her best look. The dress overwhelms her, and it’s not that cute of a dress.

Naomi Watts. To be fair, I think this is one of those pieces that’s better in movement than in a still photo. As is, it’s kind of bizarre. I don’t think it’s particularly flattering or cute, and the pockets confuse me.

Olivia Wilde is rocking this suit. Nailed it.

Rooney Mara — wtf is this? I know she likes to go avant-garde, but this is a bit much. It’s like a shark took a bite out of each side of her massive top. I’m puzzled you guys, PUZZLED!

Taylor Swift is another one of those ladies who, in my eyes, can’t really do wrong. Yeah, I hate the side cutouts, but I always hate cutouts in dresses. This is cute on her, if a little big?

And finally, Victoria Justice in what looks like an ice skater’s costume. I mean seriously, da f-ck is this? And sure, why not top it off with a shiny gold jacket? Sure. Makes sense.
