Kate Middleton has charitable causes having to do with children close to her heart, so it’s no surprise that she filmed a new PSA for Children’s Mental Health Week, which was just released this week. The PSA is in support of school-based emotional and mental health services provided by the group Place2Be.
In case you can’t watch, here’s a little of what she’s had to say.
“Both William and I have seen that many young people are struggling to cope with the impact of bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown and more,” Middleton said. “Without support, the effects of these challenges can be traumatic, leading to serious issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and self harm.”
Mental health support is so important for all ages, but particularly should start with children. Healthy kids make healthy adults.
How is everyone missing the fact that Kate has been pregnant for (what seems like at least) three or four months and has basically zero baby bump?
